** Under the NAP Mission to Millions program, NAP will make donations to participating charities based upon (1) the monthly usage of its participating electricity supply customers and (2) purchases of NAP's American Wind Certificate renewable energy credits. Specifically, NAP will donate (1) $1.00 for each monthly electric bill paidby a participating electricity supply customer for usage of more than 250 kWh - if the customer's usage is 250 kWh or lower for any given month, no donation will be made for that month, and (2) $1.00 for each American Wind Certificate purchased by a participating customer. Donations are made to the participating charity selected by the customer. In the event that any charity ceases participation in the Mission to Millions program or ceases to be eligible to receive donations based on sales to residents of a particular state, NAP may select another charity to receive the donations that can no longer be made to the customer's selected charity under the Mission to Millions program.
